Have you ever dreamt of bring a Master Distiller, able to craft that delicious American Spirit just the way you like? Well, now you can experiment and create a flavor that suits you perfectly! Join us at Bourbon House for Infusions 101. Beverage Director and Mixologist, Barry Himel, will be on hand to school you in the ways of infusing. He will take you through the various flavor profiles and combinations that turn any bourbon into a unique and exciting sipping experience. Once you've decided what you like, you will receive you own container of Jim Beam 8 yr. to experiment on.
Upon arrival, passed hors d'oeuvres and infused bourbon cocktails (a little preview of what's to come) will be presented. Throughout the infusing portion of the event, Executive Chef Darin Nesbit has created a delicious menu sure to please.
