The Oyster Bar at Bourbon House shucks and jives Sunday – Thursday 11:30am to 10pm, Friday – Saturday 11:30am to 11pm. Stop in anytime for freshly shucked Louisiana Oysters on the Half-Shell (with or without caviar), a Plateaux de Fruits de Mer to share with friends, or a pressed muffaletta hot off the panini grill. Featured pours include Bourbon House's signature Frozen Bourbon Milk Punch, Abita Special Select (a seasonal, local brew available only in select locations) and Spirited Bourbon Cocktails.

The custom designed oyster bar is the focal point of Bourbon House. From the whimsical wrought iron "Oyster Caroussel" laden with fresh Gulf seafood, to the terrazzo oyster bar inlaid with mother of pearl, the Oyster Bar at Bourbon House has been praised as "arguably the best oyster bar of any white tablecloth restaurant in New Orleans."

The Oyster Bar at Bourbon House also features a 7-foot projection television. As the "Official Viewing Site" for all New Orleans Hornets away games, Bourbon House is THE place to watch all the hottest sports events.
