BOURBON - RECIPES CELEBRATING AMERICA’S SPIRIT
Four Course Cocktail Dinner and Book Signing with Author Fred Thompson
On January 14th at 6:30pm, Author Fred Thompson will be at Bourbon House for a signing of his new title: Bourbon. The event will feature a four course dinner paired with cocktails from the book as well as a Hors d’oeuvres reception. Fred Thompson is a writer and food stylist who divides his time between Raleigh, North Carolina, and New York City. A Culinary Institute of America trained chef, Thompson has authored several cookbooks, including Iced Tea, Lemonade, Crazy for Crab, Barbecue Nation, and Hot Chocolate. He has been featured on NPR, and his work has appeared in Family Circle, Wine & Spirits, Fine Cooking, and Every Day with Rachael Ray.

This spirited programming is coordinated through the New Orleans Bourbon Society (NOBS). With over a thousand members, NOBS hosts regular events with leaders from the Bourbon Industry.
